Lee Tubman FEI 4* / Young Horse Dressage Judge
USDF/Equine Canada “S” Dressage Judge
USDF Gold Medalist, FEI Competitor, Coach & Trainer
Lee Tubman has been a judge for over 30 years. He presently resides in Wellington, Florida where he coaches, trains and judges. Lee travels across Canada, USA and South America for dressage clinics and judging assignments as a FEI 4*, Equine Canada “S”, and USEF “S” Judge. A few of Tubman’s accolades as a competitor include receiving a USDF gold medal, FEI 5 and 6 Year Old Champion, gold and bronze NAYRC medalist, Canadian National Grand Prix Champion and a member of Team Canada at the 2012 and 2013 Wellington Nations Cup CDIO 4*.
As an Equine Canada High Performance Coach, Lee has received the 3M Corporation Canadian “Coach of the Year” and has coached six Young Riders to NAYRC – two Team Bronze medals, four top 10 placings, and two students have become professional trainers. Lee has also produced many Small Tour and Young Rider horses as well as successful Grand Prix mounts. As a coach, Lee applies the classical principles of dressage in an easy to understand format which readily translates into competitive success for his students. Detailed steps produce positive, repeatable results for horses and riders at all levels and abilities. Lee’s techniques and insights have been used successfully by riders in many different disciplines.

Fran Dearing-Kehr USDF “S” Judge
FEI Dressage Competitor
Dedicated to the art of dressage, Fran has trained countless horses and riders to compete at all levels. She has a unique ability to work with horses of all breeds and temperament. As a USEF "S" Dressage Judge, Fran travels North America judging approximately 30 shows per year, as well as hosting summer shows and numerous clinics at her farm.
Fran Dearing-Kehr was awarded the USDF Region 9 Teaching Excellence Award from the Dressage Foundation at the show. This award is unique to Region 9, awarded to a USDF Region 9 member who is also a dressage teacher who adheres to sound principles with a reputation for honesty, integrity and community service.

Laurie has an extensive list of credentials in the English and Western Dressage industry. She has been a 30 year professional, an FEI Trainer, Instructor and Competitor earning her USDF Bronze & Silver Medals as well as several Western Dressage Association of American (WDAA) World Titles. She prides herself on being a positive, encouraging teacher and clinician and has studied 30+ years as a protégé of Dressage Master, Alf Athenstaedt. Laurie is a USDF "L" Judge graduating with distinction, WDAA Judges Program Graduate, a WDAA Oklahoma Advisory Board member and a WDAA Train the Trainers Program Graduate. Laurie enjoys working with all levels of riders and horse breeds and gives clinics across the USA.
